With over 15 years of industry experience across residential, commercial and hospitality design, she brings a rare blend of vision, strategy and real-world construction knowledge to every project. Her approach is never generic; it is deeply considered, highly tailored and designed to give clients clarity, confidence and a space that feels elevated, intentional and uniquely theirs.

As a mentor, coach and facilitator, Spiroula helps designers move beyond talent and into true professional authority. As the creator of the E.L.I.T.E. Method, she guides emerging and established designers through the mindset, communication, emotional intelligence, leadership and strategic thinking required to build a powerful design career. Her approach is honest, practical and deeply empowering, giving designers the clarity, confidence and industry insight to lead with purpose, elevate their value and step into the next level of their potential.

She has been featured as a designer on The Block and Deadline Designs, led the design for Australia’s first co-living space, contributed to Crown Sydney, and co-authored the world-first anthology Secrets of the Construction Industry.
