APPLY FOR THE EIDA GRADUATE PATHWAY

The EIDA Graduate Mentoring Pathway is a selective professional-development experience designed to bridge the gap between formal design education and professional practice.

Through a combination of small-group coaching, private mentoring, practical application and the E.L.I.T.E Method™, the pathway supports emerging designers as they develop the professional confidence, communication, commercial awareness and industry readiness required to transition into practice.

Cohorts are intentionally limited to allow for meaningful participation, individual attention and genuine professional development.

Applications are reviewed based on suitability, readiness, cohort alignment and available places. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance into the program.
